Any deposit or payment received by Yontem Turizm towards a confirmed travel package or service, constitutes full knowledge and acceptance of all terms and conditions. Each person making reservations for or participating in.
Turkey or Greece tours : Services as described in this website understands and agrees to all terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein.
Visas and Documentation : Each traveller must have a valid passport with at least 6 months minimum remaining before it expires. The traveller is responsible for obtaining information about entry requirements and visas for the countries to which they are traveling.
Personal Travel Insurance : Yontem Turizm provides no insurance for passengers due to loss on the trip herein. Passengers are advised to obtain their own travel insurance for health or baggage loss. Insurance is also recommended to provide coverage if refunds pursuant to the final payment and cancellation clause below are unavailable due to the terms of that clause.
Tip and Taxes: Tips to guides, drivers, hotel staff etc. are not included in package costs and are at your own discretion. Additional taxes, security charges or any other fees collected by governments, airports, airlines and other entities are not included unless specifically listed as included features.
Not Included on the price : The following is a list of some major items not included in the rates:
-Room service charges, Items not on portions of menus reserved for Yontem Turizm passengers, laundry, beverages, alcoholic and otherwise, items of a personal nature, airport departure taxes and any other items not specifically listing in the package rate includes section.
Payment Schedule: A 40% booking deposit is required on confirmation to keep all services as reserved and confirmed. The final 60% balance arrival of Istanbul TURKEY. Credit cards are accepted, VISA and MASTERCARD.
Cancellation : Reservations may only be cancelled by written notice sent by email or certified mail to Yontem Turizm. If such written notice is received before arrival date / travel start date, Yontem Turizm will accept such cancellation and refund the land portion costs it recovers from those entities paid on behalf of the travellers only to the extent/amount that such moneys are refunded by those entities to Yontem Turizm. Cancellations will incur a set 25 € administrative fee.
Turkey travel: For any reason 10 % non-refund, 30 to 15 days prior arrival, 75% cancellation fees may apply - 15 days to 7 days arrival, 50% cancellation fees may apply, less than 7 days or no-show , 100%cancellation fees may apply.
